For five years I have been living in Playa del Ingles . My customer begged me to prepare healthy food. No kitchen than that of my home country can represent more a healthy and clean food. 

As a chef with a Diploma in Thai Cuisine from the Royal Academy Wandee in Bangkok, I also cook for you traditional dishes of Thailand with an extra emphasis on delicious taste and NO ARTIFICIAL or UNHEALTHY ADDITIVES.
